Our wedding seating cards are the alternative to a seating chart or sign, and ship for a fixed amount of $10 along with any other wedding stationery you order.

These are individual printed cards for $3.50 each - one for each table of guests, with names. You can pin these cards to a board, or clip in a display unit.

Please update the quantity to the number of tables you have, plus one additional seating card if you would also like one with the name of the bride and groom and your wedding date.

We usually use high quality 280gsm linen or dimpled paper, but in some cases where solid areas of colour are required, we may suggest our 300gsm artboard. I will ask you about your paper preferences after your order. We may consider using a paper that is the same as any other on the day wedding stationery you may be getting, such as menus and place cards. All paper types are the same price.

After you place your order, I will email you a spreadsheet seating chart template, with separate tabs for each table, so you can fill it out and email back to me at dave@artfulinvites.com.au.

If you have already planned which tables your guests are sitting at and have the information in another format, like a word document, please feel free to email this to me and I may be able to work that instead.
