Our Designs

If you just want to know how to order, all you really need to do is:

• Place your order by choosing your favourite design from our Wedding Seating Charts page
• After you order, download our Guest Details spreadsheet to provide your seating details, and complete either the Seating chart by table number tab, or seating chart A-Z tab, depending which style you prefer. Email your completed Guest Details spreadsheet to me at dave@artfulinvites.com.au.

Your Own Digital Design

We can also print a digital seating chart design you have purchased and edited yourself. To order:

• Purchase our Wedding Seating Chart – Your Own Digital Design product listing
• Email me your high res PDF or PNG files to at dave@artfulinvites.com.au. Please size design to A1 size if possible.

We can often help adjust your design sizing for print if needed. The pricing is the same as for your own designs.

If it’s easier for you, and you need other wedding signage or wedding stationery for your wedding day, please also feel free to email me a list of items and quantities you need to dave@artfulinvites.com.au, and I can provide a quote, and if you then wish to go ahead, we can arrange payment and next steps by email.

Our wedding seating chart pricing is very competitive:

• Wedding Seating Chart - A1 size (59cm x 84cm) on 5mm foam board - $90 each plus shipping

If you also need a Wedding Welcome Sign, you can get:

• 2 Sign Deal - 1 Welcome Sign + 1 Seating Chart for only $160 – both signs A1 size - in any of our design themes.

For larger weddings, for example 150+ guests, we recommend you consider upgrading to a larger size wedding seating chart – 70cm x 100cm on 10mm foam board - $180. This is an option within any wedding seating chart product listing.

Product specifications

We print all of our wedding signage on 5mm foam board.

If you are having a larger wedding, for example 150+ guests, and you select the option to upgrade to a larger seating chart size, we will automatically print your wedding seating chart on 10mm foam board, to provide you with a stronger product at the larger size.

Selecting product options

When viewing any wedding seating chart, please select checkboxes to complete the following fields on the right:

• Select shipping destination – this adds the appropriate amount of shipping cost depending on your location. We keep shipping costs to a minimum as much as possible, including shipping of only $20 within Greater Sydney. You can also select Free pick up from Thornleigh.
• Upgrade to larger size – this field defaults to No, so if you have less than 150 guests, and are happy with A1 size, you don’t need to change this field. However, if you do have 150+ guests we recommend you consider ticking Yes to upgrade to a larger size at 70cm x 100cm. We will then also automatically print your seating chart on 10mm foam board to suit the larger size
• Choose seating chart style – for any wedding seating chart design theme, you can choose your preferred seating chart style. If you select By table number – then your guests will be grouped by table number, and the heading for each table on your seating chart will be Table 1, Table 2…If you select By Surname A-Z, then you guests will be grouped under the letter of the alphabet that their surname starts with, and their table number will appear beside their name. We generally recommend choosing By table number for under 150 guests, and By surname A-Z for over 150 guests.

Design - You can choose a design from one of our popular template wedding seating chart designs. You can also provide us with a digital seating chart design you have purchased and edited yourself. If you are doing this, please design to A1 size if you can, and supply us with high res PDF or PNG files.

4) Turnaround

The turnaround for our signage is 2-3 weeks from the time you place your order, make payment and provide your guest details to us.

If you are in Sydney, we can often have your signage ready for pick up in less than 2 weeks.
