Choose any design theme from our full collection of wedding seating charts - just let me know your preferred design theme in the comments during checkout, or email me after you order at dave@artfulinvites.com.au.
Alternatively, if you have purchased your own digital design and would like this printed, you can also purchase this 2 Sign Deal, and then email me your high res PDF or PNG files at dave@artfulinvites.com.au. Please design to A1 size if possible. I can generally assist you with adjusting the design size if needed.
Both signs will be:
- on 5mm foam board
- at A1 size (59 x 84cm)

- SELECT SHIPPING DESTINATION to add the postage cost, or if you are in Sydney you can select FREE PICK UP FROM THORNLEIGH
- consider ticking UPGRADE TO LARGE SIZE 70 x 100cm if you have 150+ guests, to ensure your guest names can be printed at a readable size. If you upgrade the size for your Seating Chart, please note your Welcome Sign will still be A1 size.
- CHOOSE SEATING CHART STYLE – most customers prefer BY TABLE NUMBER for small to medium weddings, we recommend BY SURNAME A-Z style for 150+ guests
After you order:
- please download and complete the Guest Details spreadsheet which is also available from our How it Works page and email to dave@artfulinvites.com.au.
- in the Guest Details spreadsheet, you only need to complete relevant Seating Chart tab for your preferred style – Seating chart by table number, or Seating chart A-Z
- for your Welcome Sign, please email your wedding date, venue and location, and names to dave@artfulinvites.com.au

We pack this item carefully in a large box and ship signs separately from your other wedding stationery.
